Franchising – is any commercial system involving products, services and technology.

By means of a shared granted by the franchiser company assigns for uncertain period of time, at a cost, to the interested parties in the “know-how” of their field of business.
It deals in a which franchisee is enable to run his own business, following certain rules in procedures established beforehand.
